Bio Pinky Nail Studio

I really like this salon! It’s very clean, chill, and not overly crowded like other nail salons in the area. They are very thorough and good with their services. I’ve now gotten my nails done here for the last 2 months and I have never been disappointed. I got GelX and a gel pedicure and have found my nails last super long! The gentleman took care of me and did such an excellent job with the GelX while the other lady who was there had completed the gel pedicure with great care. I highly recommend this place!

This salon is so underrated. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I came in spontaneously after work, called ahead, and they let me walk in right away. The space is clean, spacious, and has a really nice vibe. I told them exactly what I wanted and they got to work right away. One person started on my pedicure while the other did my manicure. They worked quickly but were super detailed and made sure I was happy with everything along the way. At first I was nervous about how fast they were going, but my nails and toes turned out perfect. They didn’t rush the massages and were really clean and professional the whole time. Even as more people started to walk in, they stayed on top of everything and didn’t keep anyone waiting long, which is rare—especially for walk-ins. I’m honestly impress

27 minutes for a manicure & pedicure….including walking there, taking my sneakers off, putting them back on and paying.. Guinness Book of World Records…. Watch out! $68 and not worth it. Left him a big tip in hopes that he treats people better. Once he saw the tip he was so excited to invite me back. I could have chewed better shapes!

Completely unprofessional & rude staff. Do not patronize this business. Upon calling, I asked if they took walk-ins, in which they replied yes. I arrived 15-20 minutes later to the establishment and was barely acknowledged. A woman employee looks up and asks what I’m here for in which I replied “A pedicure and a possible eyebrow wax”, she rudely replied “No! No!” I asked her what do you mean no? I’m not sure what that means? She then ignores me. The male employee then asks what I need, I said “Just a pedicure. I called you all a few minutes ago?” He says ok, have a seat she’ll (the woman who just told me no) would service me. Two other women walk in who he then begins to sit & service, then he approaches me again to say he can’t take me he has appointments and FOR ME to call the number bac

Bio Pinky Nail Studio is an absolute gem! I visited for a manicure, and the experience was simply perfect. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, and the professionalism of the team was outstanding. The service was flawless from start to finish. After the treatment, my hands felt incredibly soft, like a baby’s. The studio is not only well-equipped but also extremely comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere that allowed me to fully unwind – I even fell asleep during the session! It’s such a pleasure to trust my hands to experts who put so much care into their work. I’ll definitely return every time I’m in Chicago.
