I had a really nice experience at this nail salon. The staff was very customer-friendly, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. They took their time, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The salon itself was clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. My nails turned out great : the shape, finish, and overall quality were exactly what I was hoping for, and I’ve received several compliments already. The technicians clearly know their craft and take pride in their work. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is communication. I personally prefer when English is spoken while clients are present, as it helps everyone feel included and at ease. That said, the service itself was excellent, and the final result speaks

I spent $90 on a 3 year old’s manicure and my own buff and shine. The manicure was uneven and still had some of the dip base from my previous; she did it rushed and sloppy. It was even still showing the rough lines from the harsh filing after buffing. I’ve never had that before when getting a buff and shine. For the pedicure she didn’t cut the nails at all as I requested, there wasn’t really any washing wash, or any basic massage like every other place I’ve been. They spent a total of 7 minutes doing my daughter’s manicure and pedicure and didn’t cut anything at all. I even had to repaint one of them myself at the salon because they left it “done” when in fact it was just not properly painted. They just left her to sit there. I had such a lovely experience here at Bio Nails. They were able to take me in as a walk in which I really appreciated. My manicure came out great and it’s lasted me 2 weeks already with no chipping. Can’t wait to come back!
