BiO Aveda Salon

I went a few weeks ago to pick up the aveda pre-shower conditioning treatment and Linda Nguyen assisted me with my purchase. She was super sweet and went into thorough detail explaining each product. This isn’t even my primary salon, I just came because the product was sold out in the aveda salon by my house. I felt bad because I came right when the salon was supposed to close but she took her time to help me. After being helped by her, I’ve considered switching to your salon just because of how impressed I was with customer service. Anyways, it’s been a while so she probably doesn’t remember but if she does, thank you so much!

OMG! Mimi and Ashley are fantastic! They were able to take me from a dark brown to a beautiful and light blonde. It is perfect! They are both so talented and amazing. Highly recommend for a person looking for a gorgeous glow up.

I have returned a second time and really appreciate this lovely salon and the amazing Lina who listens and helps make the right decision for my hair. She is a really great stylist and a really nice person.

Mimi did an excellent job helping me to translate my inspiration pictures onto my own hair. She took care to check in with me about how much length she was cutting as well as making sure we were on the same page with various aspects of the haircut while cutting. I am very happy with my haircut as well as the blow out style she did for me. I will definitely be back here for my next cut in the future.

Not really happy with my hair. I didn’t want much but I felt like I wasted 4 hours and still didn’t get a hair color I wanted. She didn’t even have time to blow dry or cut my hair which i requested in my appointment initially. I wanted partial highlights with a different color but I felt like I almost got a full highlight and not happy how it looks. I’ve been here several times and this time I unfortunately will take my business somewhere else. I’ve gotten Aveda color highlights many times in the past with even different salons, but in 4 hours I have gotten full highlights, cut, blow dry done before. When I mentioned this to the stylist, she said “well I take this long”. I mentioned several times I have a newborn baby and I have to get home by 2pm as my nanny will leave and it took 2:20 fo
