Literally has the best experience, and would give them 5 stars. They listens well, and executes exactly what I asked for. It was clean and decorated nicely. I wanted bora bora knotless braids that wasn’t waist length. Their price was consistent, and their prices were reasonable. I would suggest to them to use better time management , it took them 8 hours to complete my hair, there was two people doing it, but they never did it at the same time, so it took forever. But my braids are definitely worth it.

Greetings, I was hesitant to book an independent braider so I decided on Binta’s shop last Friday. I arrived a few minutes after open and I was greeted warmly and asked what hairstyle I would like. I was seated immediately and my first braider was sweet. I have a lot of hair and very thick so my blow dry was not enough for them. So I went through the painful blow dry again. Another auntie joined to do my hair and she made the experience less enjoyable by reprimanding me for not holding my head to her liking and making noises at the thickness of my hair. She did take her time doing the back half of my hair though. I was a little disappointed because I had to cross the street to get the remainder of my payment in cash because there are no card readers. The aunties did offer to accept cash ap

I hate to leave this review but after my visit today I have to say that this will absolutely be my last time here. I’d been to Bintas once before and really liked my hair and my only drawback was how long it took. (Was there 12 hours total: 3 hours waiting and 9 hours getting braided and I asked for small knotless boho for reference) I went today for the same style hoping they’d be a little quicker but was gravely let down. Not only did they take the entire day AGAIN, but also got lazy and did a rush job on my parts closer to the end. You would think after sitting for 9+ hours that the braids would be parted to perfection but that is not the case for me. At the very crown of my head there are two very large and awkward triangle shaped parts that look extremely goofy. The braids themselves

I enjoyed my experience at Binta’s, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The prices remained the same no hidden fees. My two braiders did an excellent job. Mama Su was so kind and polite the entire time. I definitely will be coming back to her! -Yaya

I won’t be returning to this shop. My first experience was great, which is the only reason I gave them another chance. This time, however, the service felt rushed. The parts weren’t done neatly, and the braids started slipping after just one day. Please take the reviews seriously! don’t waste your time here
