I can’t wait for my next hair appointment! Great exceptional service!!

I went to her on Thursday, Sunday morning my braids was falling out. I contacted her to ask if she would do them over she tells me to come In the morning Wednesday. By the time Wednesday came almost half my braids came out. At this point I requested half my money back. She told me to come at noon two hours later she still wasn’t ready for me.I got there to ask for my money, she calls her husband on me. He tells me I won’t get a refund and she can do them over. He even tried bribing me with food. At one point she was yelling at me. Very unprofessional! While I’m at the shop talking to her, half my braids was slipping out on the floor. Other clients was there to witness. I refuse to sit in the chair for another seven hours I just wanted half of my $200 back that I paid her. After one hour o

Showed up after making an appointment, doors were locked but the open sign was there. Called owner, said that she’d be right there. Showed up 15 minutes later, no big deal. I go in, they want to wash and blow dry my hair before we start, perfectly fine. Wash, blow dry, and detangle your hair at home. The way my hair was treated was unacceptable and if you want to leave with less hair than what you came in with be my guest. The braiders do not have any kind of knowledge of how to treat or detangle natural hair. The braids that they did looked great, but they need to invest in more products for hold for some of their styles. Kind of an unpleasant experience for me, but idk maybe I’m being dramatic.

I was so happy when I was going to Bineta African hair braiding. She did good job and I liked my braids. I recommend going there because they are so talented and I was so impressed by my braids ,I love it.

Love my hair she was fast, professional, and talented. I highly recommend getting your hair done here. I will be returning! Wonderful experience!
