Terrible customer service Expensive prices If you have extra מעשר then you can give it to them for צדקה

So I am very frustrated bcz I have been a good customer for 5 yrs getting and bcz life got very hectic September 11 and couldn't make the call to renew my subscription for $99 for the yr when I did call a few waeks later the deal was over and they refused to give me that price. They wanted me to pay full price and I cant. This does not show you appreciate i am a customer. This is no customer service. This is why they get a 1 star.
