Edited Review: After my previous review, the salon owner personally reached out to apologize and offered to make things right, which I really appreciated. Since my nails were still fresh, I chose to return for a pedicure and brought my husband along for one as well. This visit was a completely different experience. Theresa did my husband’s pedicure and she was fantastic, so relaxing that he actually fell asleep at one point! My pedicure was done by Men, and she also did an amazing job. Both technicians were warm, funny, and attentive from start to finish, which made the appointment genuinely enjoyable. This service felt like a true turnaround compared to my earlier visits. Sadly, this place has truly lost its quality. I used to come here every 2-3 weeks for a manicure and switched salons because I felt like my nails were chipping very fast. I get builder gel, and at a nearby salon I can go 4-5 weeks in between fills. They were too busy to squeeze me in so I decided to give Biltmore nails another try. My builder gel is chipped in every corner after less than two weeks.

Prices on the website are inaccurate and they wouldn’t honor it. Didn’t show me prices at arrival or throughout so it is false advertising. Willy was my nail tech, soaked my nails for 10 seconds then started cutting my cuticles so it hurt. Didn’t use any cuticle oil at all so my cuticles are still dry. My friend’s gel nails has a bubble underneath. Very poor quality work and very disappointed.

I came in to get my hard gel nails removed (which had already started lifting just five days after I originally got them done) Theresa literally peeled the hard gel off using an acrylic nail, digging it underneath the gel and breaking the length of my natural nails in the process. When I asked if this was normal, she said yes but in over 10 years of getting my nails done I’ve never seen removal done this way. The PROFESSIONAL method is to file the hard gel down and buff, not peel it off. When I checked out, I was told that “it’s the traditional way.” I couldn’t believe they were normalizing a technique that damages nails. I definitely won’t be returning.

I usually go with ruby and never had a problem so I hate to write this. I specifically told her what I wanted and that I wanted CHROME polish. My nails are fat and ugly and no where near what I asked for. She also was being rough and broke my natural long nail no sorry or anything just slapped a tip on it! They the ones to called me in to come to an appointment and overbooked herself and rushed then wanted to be pushy and ask for a tip. I hate the nails! Then charged me 90! Below is pic of what I asked for vs what I got. My pedicure was top notch the person did exactly what I asked and was very pleasant.
