My experience with Biltmore Dental was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Anahi at the front desk greeted me with kindness and directed me to Dr. Cole and Matilda. I appreciated how they used X-rays and tools to clearly explain the condition of each tooth. Their professionalism and thorough explanations made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Two days later, I had a deep cleaning performed by Rubi, with support from my treatment plan coordinator who reviewed the plan with me and assisted Rubi. Both made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the procedure, which was painless. Anahi followed up afterwards to check on my well-being. Biltmore Dental is a fantastic office, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality dental care.

My experience at Biltmore Dental Center has been absolutely the best. As soon as I walked in the front staff (Anahi and Devyn) were welcoming, attentive and professional. Omar the hygienist was amazing and offered valuable advice that would serve me well in between my visits. Anahi was clear and concise with answering my questions about my treatment and understanding my dental benefits. I am very impressed with every aspect of my visit. I think the staff were extremely friendly and helpful which is why I put two stars. It is the dentist that I didn’t like. I felt he was a salesman. I’ve been going to regular dentists for years and I never felt pressure for procedures and up sales. It felt different from all the simple twice of year cleanings I’ve done countless times, and I never want to feel like that again. I felt that when I didn’t want to do the procedures like Invisalign and flexi mouth guard, the dentist seemed upset and was dismissive and stood up and barely shook my hand when he left. I’m not saying I disagree with what he was suggesting but his approach put made me shut down. I first learned about Biltmore Dental when I was having a dental emergency. I took a leap and booked a same day appointment with them. Dr. Coles was amazing! He walked me through every step of treatment and even texted to check on me after my root canal. Omar is a great hygienist. He just did my cleaning today and my teeth feel better than ever. I highly recommend!

PLEASE READ - Went in as a NEW patient on 2/24/26 So I had not been for a regular cleaning in about 1 year. Usually I go every 6 months, but I was moving, time slipped away and life etc. I've had no issues with my teeth hurting or anything so wasn't expecting anything different. Long story short, the checkup for the most part was fine. I did have some 5's and 6's so they wanted to do a deep cleaning. Up until this point, everything was fine. Then the dentist came in, basically just said yea you're gonna need invisalign and kept pushing it (very sales like - "Once you get invisalign this will be great etc.) Now I do have a slight alignment on my teeth instead of a slight overbite but have never had any issues. Once this meeting was over, we were going to do a deep cleaning the next day,
