Great experience with Billy! He knows how to handle my type of hair (thick and wavy). Street parking is easy to find on Sundays :) definitely coming back again!

When I lived in Berkeley I would come to Billy and always had the best experience. He is one of the nicest people, listens, and works quickly. You can tell how much he cares about his clients and wants you to feel good walking out. He cuts Asian hair extremely well. And in this economy I really appreciate how reasonably priced he is. Billy's Hair Design is great! Relatively new to the neighborhood, decided to cut and tidy up my long hair a few months back. Went here on a whim, and he was great. Super friendly, professional and caring work. Not crazy expensive rates you see at other places in the area either, very fair. Clean shop too. I recently went back for the second time and once again a great experience. You can't go wrong with Billy. Thanks!
