Bill’s WrLd Barbershop and Boutique

I showed up at 4:30 for a haircut and was told “you’re next” twice. Then they let FOUR different walk-ins go ahead of me like I wasn’t even there. By 6:00, I had enough and walked out. Absolute joke. What makes it worse is I’ve been here before, left a great review, and always tipped way more than they charged out of respect for their work. I’m patient, and I know my haircuts usually take about two hours because of the adjustments I ask for — but that’s two hours in the chair, not two hours waiting to even get started. For them to treat a loyal customer this way is beyond disrespectful.

I brought in 3 teens who usually cry anytime they have to get a cut. That's because they've always got bad cuts at other places. Bill's WrLd Barbershop was AMAZING they hooked my kids up and all 3 walked out with smiles on their faces looking like new men! As a mom I was super pleased and the experience was great. Would definitely recommend! We will be making the 3 hour drive to come see them again soon!

First time taking my 2 sons to a barber shop. First, I was a walk in. The gentleman was cutting my oldest sons hair with in 10 minutes. It looks the best it's ever looked. Then my second son, who has down syndrome and alopecia. I asked just to make it look nice because I knew it would be difficult. My youngest is now walking around looking sharp telling everyone he looks so handsome. This is the only place that cared enough to give him a good haircut. Everyone was nice, great guys that work there. Even the customers waiting were nice. My boys don't want to go anywhere else. Top notch! Thank you for the best experience and cuts for my boys.

They cut my hair before and it was alright but this time, they kinda put me in an uncomfortable position. Let me give you some context: It was last Friday. I went with my buddy to get my hair cut. Already know the environment there is pretty fire and they are really chill. Dude cut my hair and everything was fine after. Then after an hour, I get itchy bumps all over my head and can't stop itching. The cut only coated 35 buck and I gave him 40 for his manners and attempts to try and understand me, even though he didn't speak English. I dont think I'll be coming back there, as my head is in the most uncomfortable status. Its itchy and bumpy. I even had to get seen and get some ointment on it.

Came in close to closing in a hurry. Jordi squeezed me in. Crisp, clean fade and superb trim. Very good, very professional. Good atmosphere, friendly service. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their haircut!
