Bijou Salon

I went to Jen for a haircut not knowing exactly what to expect, but she completely exceeded my expectations. She listened so well and understood exactly what I was going for. The way she translated what I described into the perfect cut was amazing. I felt genuinely heard and taken care of, and I absolutely love my hair. I really want to highlight how professional, attentive, and skilled Jen is. I highly recommend her.

Today was my first time having my hair done at Bijou. I met with Jen last week for a consultation, and felt very comfortable moving forward. Any questions I had forgotten to ask, Pasquale thoughtfully answered. Jen did color and highlights on me. I really appreciate the level of focus and attention she gave me, particularly while doing my foils. That’s important to me. She did a fantastic job, and I am oh so happy with the result. The salon is clean, and inviting. The place has a pleasant energy. Viva the doggie is absolutely adorable, and incredibly behaved. The other stylists there were nice, too. An added bonus are the chairs at their shampoo station, which offer a relaxing massage. A really nice surprise. All in all, very pleased and happy to have found a great salon, close

Jen is so sweet and does such a great job! I can trust her completely to give me a great cut/ frame that lasts for months and grows out nicely. I've had problems at other salons because they cut my hair as if it's always worn pin straight, so when I wash it at home it dries frizzy and/ or with 'layers' out of a nightmare. I don't have to wonder what my hair is going to look like after I wash it for the first time at home when I go here! Jen actually listens, knows how to treat my hair and gives really great advice/ ideas for the cut. It comes out looking better than ever! I never have any idea what I'm doing when it comes to styling terminology, but she explains it well. At the front desk, Pasquale is always very friendly and helpful. Claudine is also great!

I am in love with my hair! Jen did a terrific job with my hair extensions! She was so wonderful and made me feel so special. I will never go anywhere else. Also thank you Pasquale and Claudine for making me feel so welcome. Very professional and attentive. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend this place

This was my first time visiting Bijou salon in years, I wanted to treat myself for my 30th birthday. I just had my first haircut with Jen and it was honestly the greatest experience I have ever had at a salon. Every time I would go to my typical hair dresser and explained/ showed her what I wanted, I was always told "that won't look right, my way will look better". Not only was Jen so sweet and extremely helpful in teaching me how to style my own hair, she did EXACTLY what I had been asking other hairdressers to do for me for years who said it couldn't be done. My hair looks just like the model photos I showed her, it looks AMAZING, everyone who saw me later that day was obsessed!
