Bigsby House

I have been a long-time client of Lisa, and she is truly a master of her craft. Not only is she truly talented, but she cares about the health, and condition of my hair! Given Lisa’s talent and knowledge, I always consider her advice when I want to try something new. Lisa is also very attentive and caring I always get super excited knowing I’ll be sitting on her chair, leaving with a mega boost of confidence!!! I had a lot of high hopes for this place as it had great reviews and high ratings; I had just moved to the area after living about an hour north. I booked a late day appointment (6pm) due to having a super busy work schedule, and I appreciated that Bigsby had later hours. I had the initial discussion with my stylist and we had great conversation. The issue was that the haircut was not good. I had asked for long layers and for my hair to be longer in front than in back, AND I showed pictures of what I wanted. She had cut my hair shorter than anything I showed in the pictures, kept the front a lot shorter than the back, and cut choppy layers all over. Midway through, she commented how my hair itself showed every layer that wasn't cut perfectly and how she would need to take extra care to bl

Lisa did a great job with a haircut that I had been nervous about (getting bangs for the first time as an adult!). She showed me pictures to help me figure out what I wanted and then she went slowly and asked me questions along the way, which helped me feel confident and comfortable with the process. :) Thank you, Lisa!

Monique made my haircut and first time coloring hair super memorable! I had two appointments and left both times feeling 100% satisfied. This was only made possible because Monique has a unique skill of understanding what the client wants. She does it by being a great listener, which allows her to connect to clients on a deeper level.
