Great place. Very friendly.

I live about 45 minutes away from Big Texas Hair. This is not my first time getting my hair done here. I was going to be about 3 minutes late so I text Gregory so he would be aware. As I was pulling in the parking lot I got a message letting me know he was going out of town but my appointment was already accepted and I was never notified that it would be canceled. I called Big Texas Hair to make sure it wasn’t a mistake and he was still there. He let me know he had text me but gave me the wrong number. I know for a fact I had the correct number on file though because I’ve been getting the automated texts letting me know when my appointment was. I’ve wasted a quarter tank of gas driving to get my hair done just to be canceled on upon arrival. Gas is not cheap and this is extremely unprofess

The staff is amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable! Always a great experience and affordable! Easy to setup an appointment! My boys (4 and 2) love getting their haircuts here! Highly recommend!

Kelli is the best she is very nice and friendly and also reasonable priced. U will not meet a nicer more caring person....
