Big Jim’s Barbershop is a Gem! Hands down one of the friendliest barbershops I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the barbers made me feel right at home. The barbers are not only skilled but also take the time to ensure you leave with exactly the cut you want. It’s clear they genuinely care about their craft and their customers. Just recently started going here off a friend suggestion. I’ve always had issues with my hair when I cut it shorter, and made that clear when I first came in. He listened, worked through it, and knocked it out of the park. I haven’t found someone who could get my hair to lay like this and seems I finally found one! Created a lifetime costumer with attention to detail, listening, and overall great atmosphere during the visit!

I never expected to go to an appointment at an open barber shop and be guilted for getting a haircut Which is why i am perturbed enough to write the only google review i have ever left. I love supporting small business as I have visited here multiple times before and gladly left 60-80% tips for their service! But to be told I should have picked the other barber that I got a haircut with before (agreed, in terms of consistency) but you're open and you're the owner, why is this the angle to take in the middle of my haircut and to be frustrated at me? Wow. or that i am part of the "people " who wait until the last minute in the holiday season to get a haircut (we have lives too?).
