Big Daddy's Barber Shop

I ecently visited Big Daddy’s barbershop to have my natural hair cut into a style: tapered sides and back, shaped up on top and leave the top very full like it was. A very feminine natural haircut and I had more than enough hair to achieve the look. Went to the older lady in the shop thinking she would understand what I wanted..I showed her several pictures, she said she could do it so I sat down.UGH!!! Man!! HORRIBLE 😠 I not only did not get the style I asked for but my hair was literally butchered. She cut the top completely off and gave me a very uneven unflattering cut with lots of long pieces left all over. To add insult to injury, she told me that she “cut off what I didn’t need on top.” There’s no way to make this shhh up. It’s absolutely awful and now I have to wait for my hair to

Though the people who run it are nice, they are black, 98% of their customers are black, and they just do not know how to cut white boy hair which is to he expected. I asked for a Viking mohawk and showed the lady a picture from my Pinterest. Her response was, "I don't need to see no picture! I got it in my head!" And well, she didn't have it in her head. My son's hair cut barely resembles the mohawk I had requested. She could have taken her time and cut it evenly and well. Yet, she rushed. Tho' I appreciate her and her fellow co workers politeness and kindness, I just cannot recommend them for white people, because they either do not know how to do our hair, or they are lazy/money hungry. Who knows.......

I want to be honest and fair as possible when leaving a review. I have been to this place multiple times and have never had an issue until recently. I’m not sure if the lady is losing her touch or what but she will not be cutting mine again!! The guys do great!! But I went in there and told her “i want a high, bald fade leave the top” she didn’t not understand what that was. And I told her and she still proceeded to cut the top!!!!! Umm hello I was just saying how I wanted to do something with it now it will be extra cold all winter and not to mention my hair line pushed back further than it’s ever been!! If you want a good cut have the gentlemen here do it. And don’t bring up politics!!! Other than that they are nice people.

Master barbers for real. My fade is butter!!! Good atmosphere and 1customerthat comes there has me cracking up 😆

Although the people were extremely nice, the haircut is absolutely horrible. Sides uneven, front uneven, terrible design on the side.
