Pedicure was nice which is the reason for 2 stars. The SNS is messy. Didn’t realize extent until in car. Lady doing them also seemed as if she needed to move onto person. Experience felt rushed.

My nails are pretty, but my fingers all have cuts and were swollen when I left. Not pictured, but I also left after getting waxed. They did a great job with the final shape, but the wax was so hot that my skin was bright red when I left and is still red. This will be the last time I go here. It's a shame because I used to love their work, but I can't go somewhere where I've been cut this much, and it burns my skin.

I’ve been a customer for over six years and I can say I’m never dissapointed in the pedicures and the SNS nail service .They are always welcoming and friendly and I always look forward to my next visit! I usually get the milk and honey pedicure and an extra 10 min leg massage . Today I also added a 10min shoulder /neck upper body massage. It was wonderful and I would highly recommend it! Thanks to all of you at Big Apple Nail &Spa Woodstock for always being consistent in providing great service , friendly staff and professional service.

I’ve been coming here for years religiously every 2 weeks for SNS & the Milk & Honey pedicure. They are always amazing, professional, and the salon is neat and clean! I do recommend making an appointment (though they do accept walk ins) but I refuse to go anywhere else! Thank you Big Apple for always taking care of me!

Ashley is absolutely amazing. She is always down for my fun nail designs and always does a great job. For pedicures I prefer Michelle or Sue but everyone does a fantastic job! 10/10!
