I had the body glow treatment done by Joanne this morning and it was the best experience I have ever had at a spa. Joanne is not only so professional, down to earth, and comforting- she is amazing at what she does. I have a 17month old at home and haven’t done much for myself within that time. I felt a little vulnerable going into the experience, and left with confidence and felt radiating happiness. I have never felt so pampered, taken care of, and comfortable. I wanted to cry tears of joy when I left and this experience is going to last with me for a long long time. The heated beds, mini facial, and hot towels were incredible and really elevated the total experience. Joanne is so caring and I will be back to see her again, and will be recommending to all my family and friends! Thank you

Okay, so I was really excited to try out the salt caves at the Bien Soigne Spa this past Friday, and let me tell you that I am so happy that I did! My girlfriend and I were over in Salem doing a little shopping and she asked if I wanted to try it and made the appointment. I was so happy that we went! I could not believe how relaxed I was, and I realize when we were leaving that I felt less achy and my knee that was replaced felt really fabulous as well. It was very relaxing sitting there, and the music was so relaxing as well Needless to say if you are questioning whether you should try it or not I'm telling you do not hesitate. Do not pass go. Go directly there! They also had a wonderful selection of various Himalayan salt items / gifts that were really pretty cool! Also side note: Be

A friend from church regifted a gift card to me because I happen to live in the immediate area. I decided to swing by so I can find out the balance on the card. I honestly was blown away by the rude older lady at the desk. She straight acted like a fear based snob. When I first walked in I was little surprised how nice the front entrance looked. I was focused on names of their hair products when I heard, "Can I help you?" No hello, or how are you, her tone was so stiff it actually startled me because I didn't notice the desk to the right, it was my first time ever in that place. I responded hello and approached the desk stating, "This gift card was regifted to me. I was told there was certain amount on it but I wanted to make sure before I book any services." She asked for the card, so I

Got a gift card on my BD, went to check the place out and started with nails, gel came off a week later, didn't complain at that time. When the war in Ukraine happened I decided to donate my balance on gift card which was around $150 remaining to a Ukrainian family, I spoke to the owner and I was told the gift cards are non refundable, and a humanitarian crisis in Ukraine is not an exception. Then being stuck with my gift card I decided to do nails for my mom and self, and when I called to schedule the same time appointments, i was told they could book only one person at a time, because they are not a nail salon. At least tell people you have staff shortage due to Covid. So, today i gave it another try for the nails, the lady doing nails is super nice and polite, but honestly i had my nail

I’ve been to the salt cave several times, which is a fantastic experience. However, I’ve been spoken to like I’m an idiot several times by the owner or manager. Last time I let it go thinking she was just having a bad day, but nope. Tried to book online and the website wasn’t working (I design websites, I’m tech savvy). She insisted I was doing it wrong and that I should have called to book. I did call, and the person wouldn’t help and told me to try the website again. I wanted to book a session every month, but with the reprimanding and dismissive tone, it’s diametrically opposed to the relaxation that the salt cave experience is supposed to impart. P.S. The woman at the front desk was a sweetheart and very helpful.
