Bien Nails

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my daughter in to get her first set, this was my second time coming here and the lady that did mine last time took care of my daughter, hers came out beautiful but mine are so bad Im going somewhere else to have removed and redone. Cindy didn't cut my nails before gluing the tips on which I've never had happen, didn't cut my cuticles after or apply oil, and when she stuck my hand up under the solar thing she touched my thumb to the plastic and then gave me attitude when I asked to have it fixed, she then drilled the acrylic off that section and LEFT the dust and added more acrylic on top so I literally have dust just sitting on the black tip. 😌 Thank you to my daughters tech for cutting my cuticles after you finished up with my kiddo.

I got a regular manicure with acrylic nail polish. The staff were polite. They do a pretty nice hand massage. I wasn't exactly thrilled about the application of the nail polish. I looks messy but nothing that I can't clean myself at home so would I come back, maybe.

My first time at this location and the last one. The pedicure tech decided to cut my ingrown toenails and she never asked if it hurt. I noticed I bled from my right toe nail . The most annoying part is now my toe is red and numb. I should know when she took those nail clippers out of her vest and didn’t look sterile. Hoping I don’t have to see a doctor. I spent 100 on this awful pedicure and manicure .

First time getting my nails done in many years and I love them . I’m definitely going back !👍

I've been going there to get pedicures for 4 years she does a great job.
