Bianca has been taking care of my hair for about 2 years now, and she is amazing! I used to trim/butcher my own hair for years, it became so damaged, I asked for help and a friend recommended Bianca. My hair was so dry and damaged that I was basically embarrassed for a professional to see it, but not one time did Bianca make me feel bad. It was more of a "I got you" feeling coming from her. I had to trust the process and let me tell you I'm glad I did. My hair is back to being healthy and manageable. I really admire how much she is passionate about hair, it made me realize that I really had no place cutting my own hair in the first place lol. I do not agree with you. My family and I have been going to Bianca's salon for years because she does an incredible job and we feel very comfortable in the environment. As for the value of her services, they are all passed beforehand to each client and we sign a contract that we agree to do the service and pictures. If the value of her work you thought was expensive, you shouldn't have done it because I'm sure you weren't forced to. I think that using hair extensions is only for those who have the financial conditions to do it and have the conditions to maintain it. Before speaking of any professional, you should analyze your immature behavior.
