BH Nail Spa

This is the first ever bad experience we have had at BH Nail! As nice as Becky was, she does not know how to do acrylic nails and she is unable to do any designs. My sister wanted almond shaped Christmas themed nails and this is what she got. Completely uneven, nail polish globs on some fingers. At one point Becky has asked Ava to finish my sister nails because “she can’t do French tips”, then left to work on someone else. We waited about 20-30 minutes before we ended up asking for just red with the one candy cane design because we had already been at the salon for 3 hours. When Becky finished the candy cane design, she said about 3 times to my sister “I don’t like it” how do you think the client feels who has to pay for nails that aren’t what she wanted or expected 😭 they did give a 15 do

The best experience I have had in a while. The owner, Ava could not have been nicer or more professional. How anyone could give less than 5 stars is beyond me, Most likely they just want something for free and can’t afford the service. My nails look amazing

I gave this salon 3 chances. And each time I was disappointed. This last time I personally went in to make the appointment and specifically asked to have my appointment with the owner. Instead when I came in for my appointment I was handed off to a different person. My pedicure was half done. One foot got treatment the other didn’t. Oh well. But the biggest issue I have is my hands. I get gel. I wasn’t fully paying attention and when I was told I was done, I paid and off I went. I had things to attend to for the day. Later in the day it notice the pink is quite dull and isn’t shinning like my toes. The top coat wasn’t put on! So next day after work I go back to let them know. Today I was finally able to make it in for a full acrylic set. I’ve been meaning to since they’ve opened and actually lost two gift certificates that I received in the mean time. But back to the experience— The woman I had (I believe her name was T) was so sweet, talkative, funny and extremely genuine. She really made my experience there feel more comfortable. A beverage was offered as well when I sat down. My nails look so pretty and although I aaa unsure about what I wanted she was able to give me plenty of options to choose from. I ended up going with a completely different paint style, with the shape I wanted and I got some really pretty golden stamp patterns on my ring fingers. How many years have I been coming here now? My first picture was my nails done with “barely there”, a lovely white polish that is not obvious when your nails grow out. Today I chose lavender ! Two different shades because I couldn’t decide…. Which one do you like best? My toes really do match the actual lavender flowers but I think I love my nail color the best. Ava is a beautiful woman inside and out and she does a fantastic job with my nails. Thank you BH Spa!
