Roxy made my daughter feel so beautiful for her first homecoming. She listened to her ideas and didn’t try to push a look that my daughter wasn’t comfortable with. She did her hair and make up to perfection. She’s amazing!

I have been seeing roxy for I think almost year now. She has NEVER let me down. I always go in for high lights, a bleach and tone and extensions. Her prices are so amazing with the quality of her work. Not only is she price friendly, she is also very time friendly and never takes a long time for a service. On top of that she is just an amazing person to be around and it’s always so fun at my appointments!💗

Had someone dye my roots the wrong color & was frantic before an event!!! Roxy was able to fix my hair and even everything out perfectly! She got my color right and even gave me a fresh trim and beautiful style! She is so patient, attentive & always will make sure she gives you exactly what you want without damaging your hair! Highly recommend Roxy at BFF Aesthetic for your hair & makeup needs!

Roxy did extensions for my girlfriend and she was not satisfied with the results at all and for good reason. The work seemed highly rushed, and as you can see in the picture shown below that is not an exaggeration. This service alone was $500 to begin with so these results are absolutely unacceptable, especially for this price range. On top of that, the next day when she messaged Roxy to explain that even after washing her hair the results still were not up to her expectations she was then charged another $160 on top of it just to have it fixed. Also, this additional payment was never mentioned on the phone, but rather 30 minutes into fixing it. This is totally unacceptable and I 100% DO NOT recommend coming here. If i could leave an even lower star review I would.

If you want to look your absolute best I recommend my girl Roxy! She will make you look and feel amazing, she is the best hair and makeup artist I know around here! She doesn’t disappoint!
