I have been to this spa one time, for brazilian sugaring service. While the unit was cute inside, something about the ambiance was still missing. Couldn't really put my finger on it. Definitely needs to hand out individual sealed wipes for before the process begins and maybe a warm cloth after. The baby wipes offered were an economy style pack and were dried out because they were not sealed properly. I didn't find that moisturizing or hygenic. Also, allow customers a few moments of privacy to take gaments off before entering the room. Standing in the room while clients take off garments sets a rushed and akward tone. Giselle was nice, but I found the hair removal process a little rough. No, I was not a beginner. I've just experienced a gentler handling. I tried her spa as a back up optio

I've been going here for a couple years now for my sugaring. Giselle is the BEST. She's very fast, always done within 10-15 minuted. We have great conversation which makes the experience more comfortable. I highly recommend Ne Youthiful.

Her warm and friendly demeanor made the experience feel like I was chatting with an old friend. I truly appreciated the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere she created. I went to Giselle for the first time today for a Brazilian wax. I have had a Brazilian wax many times in the past, but I will say I have never had a wax so fast in my life! Giselle was quick and waxed up every single single hair. She uses a sugar wax, which leaves your skin feeling clean and smooth. I find the sugar wax hurts less than the other hard waxes that other spas use. Giselle offers many other services outside of waxing. I will definitely be back and turn into a repeat customer!
