As a busy person, sometimes I find it difficult to schedule appointments ahead of time, but Ximena is always accommodating and working to get me in even when her books are full. She really makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you leave happy with your service! She also makes it fun by offering different discounts per month. She does great work!

I got an eyelash lift and tint along with brow services from Ximena, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s so gentle, kind, and detail-oriented — I felt completely comfortable the whole time. My lashes and brows turned out beautiful and natural, and she explained everything as she went. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and loves what she does. I left feeling relaxed and confident — highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and super sweet esthetician!

Super Unprofessional Business has a really weird vibe; her dog is in the room within her business, so unsanitary, she has a lot going on in her personal life, and she's always fighting with her clients. Just causes chaos/ stress/ problems in your life, has a lot of issues, she will block you from phone numbers and social media, always cancels on you last minute, always trying to gain an appointment out of you, and forces you to make an appointment. Always acts like the victim and gaslights/ manipulates you. She has injured and scarred my face for life, doesn't know what she is doing... Yikes! I feel bad for her clients!!!
