Went there for my 1st time on Aug 16th, 2025. Finally got to meet Monique.. We greeted each other and she was very pleasant. I saw how she made my wig. Then she tried it on me styled it came out beautifully.. I will definitely come back to support her..

The owner, Monique is unprofessional. I once came in for a sew-in, and whilst being in her chair, she instructed me to "Get up" so that she could fix her friend's lace install. I was very confused and dumbfounded at the manner in which she spoke to me and that she was TELLING me to get up, as opposed to asking me. However, I did get up, thinking it may take a couple of minutes to fix that woman's hair. (Mind you, this friend came in way after me.) Tacky. Neither she or her friend apologized to me...and I just didn't like how she spoke to me as if I was her child. I was left waiting about 30 minutes for her friend's hair to finish. Needless to say, I gave her what was owed for the service provided (which was mediocre), and NEVER came back to her establishment. She's rude and unprofessional

I have been getting my haircut done with Soosh for about 3 1/2 years now and my hair is the healthiest and longest it has been in years ! She took my damaged brittle broken hair and Helped me nurse it back to life! She has done my hair for numerous holidays and events, great with scheduling, and styles the hair exactly how you want and it last ! Never disappoints I would not trust anyone else with my hair! Great prices as well!

I can’t say enough good things about Monique, she has magic hands! She was polite, efficient and the girls got SKILLS. I’m super tender headed and usually leave a hair appointment red in the face and with a headache that makes it hard to sleep at night. This was NOT the case with Monique, it was the most pain free install I’ve ever gotten, not to mention beautiful. I’m definitely feeling myself. I will be a repeat customer.

I really enjoyed my experience there with Monique. She answered all my questions and allayed all my concerns for my first time service . She told me how to upkeep my do suggesting the products I would need. The space was clean sanitized and comfortable. She sanitized each area I used before and afterward who h was comforting as well
