Beyond the Shears

I've debated leaving a review for this place for almost a year, but because it's been almost a year and my frustration has only grown worse, I've decided to finally leave a review. I visited elizabeth in March of 2024 because my usual hair stylist had resigned. For context, I have EXTREMELY thin and fine hair (but healthy) and have my whole life, and I communicated with her that I was scared to visit a new stylist because my old stylist understood my hair well, and how fine it was. I've always gotten partial highlights to try to keep my hair as healthy and thick as I can. When I visited elizabeth, her, me, and my mother had a short consultation (I was 16 at the time) and we all agreed to do my usual partial highlight. Elizabeth always works with expertise and so kind! I love vibing to her music as she snips away. Would 10/10 recommend going to her, she’s great.
