Beyond Spa

Went there today with a friend! I got a $100 gift card I wanted to use, and it was pretty well spent. I loved the ambience and it seemed really clean and classy, I lovvvveedd the ladies that attended to us and gave us pedicures! They were very nice, friendly and easy to talk to. Only thing i would maybe complain about is when we’re doing the foot soak the water gets cold pretty fast and I think it would be smart and convenient if there was a way to keep the water hot or just having something nearby and we can add more hot water to it like every 5 or so minutes. Other than that, really nice place it’s a bit too pricey but would very much go back if needed some day! Overall really nice experience :)

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I went in for a much needed spa day and got a sitter for my young daughter so that I could have some time to myself. The massage I got was fine, but not great. I then had a facial and a “head spa” treatment. The facial was fine, not great. The head spa was absolutely HORRIBLE. The woman (I won’t name her) put tons of product in my hair and ripped out tons of my hair brushing it. I told her at least 3 times that it hurt and asked if she was ripping out my hair, which she said she wasn’t and that she would “go softer”. She didn’t go softer. She was indeed ripping out my hair. I’ve attached photos of my hair loss (I have super fine thin hair) from after I took a shower to get the pound of product out of my hair. This doesn’t include the clumps that came out

I’ve had a massage and head spa treatment here which have been fabulous. However, coming in for the mommy and me mani a couple weeks ago was disappointing. My little had a great time and her nails were good, but I sat there in a cold foot soak without even being offered the snacks for mom like it says in the description. I just felt like there should’ve been more offered for mom for the price of the service. I wont be doing that service again but will return for future massages.

Was received a $100 gift card. Apparently the gift card only has a three month grace period. I, as a massage therapist myself my gift cards have one year. This was money very well intended to let me relax. This place must not know the intent to let people enjoy a massage. Very eager to have money. Not letting a person enjoy the hard work a massage therapist has to let a person experience a proper massage. Do not go here!!!!

Matt was amazing! Probably the best massage i’ve ever received. I’ve always loved beyond spa, it’s a comfortable environment, their therapists are always so nice and care about your needs, etc. I’ll definitely be scheduling with Matt again!
