I am truly grateful for Johnesha and her gift! She’s been my loctician for almost 3 years and it’s been amazing to watch my hair grow under her care. She’s intuitive, professional, and more importantly, knows her craft. Let’s not forget that she has great time management. Although our culture is accustomed to spending the entire day in the hair salon, this is not the case! Lastly, she sets a vibrant atmosphere, but that’s mostly because she’s a vibrant person. So be ready to leave with a smile. All and all, you’re in good hands.

Great atmosphere and great customer care, my locs was done neat and precise and my girlfriend got Knotless braids that was greatly done as well. The shop has a great work ethic and everyone makes you feel very welcome. If you love music and good vibes don’t forget to ask about karaoke Saturday’s 😊 trust me you don’t wanna miss it. Today I had the pleasure of getting a last minute appointment with Charmaine at Beyond Locs. I was impressed with how clean and professional the salon was. Her efficient skilled hands had me festival ready in under an hour. Booking again for my next festival

I had such a great experience at this salon. I’ve been searching for someone to install permanent Loc extensions and when I got in contact with the salon owner I felt like she was heaven sent. She worked with my schedule and got me in as soon as possible. The salon was very clean and I am very satisfied with my hair. Definitely worth the money

I booked an appointment three days prior for a 10 AM crochet maintenance session via Styleseat. Charmaine was unprofessional, rude, managed her time poorly, and lacked the skill and tools to perform the service I requested. I drove one and one half hours to arrive for my appointment at 9:45, and upon entering the salon, I noted that Charmaine had another active client. Note that the hours on her page state that she opens at 10 AM. She states that she failed to realize that she was double booked; one via text and one via Styleseat. Never did she apologize for her error. Instead of honoring her obligations, she attempted to nullify and ignore the situation by not acknowledging that she double booked clients.
