Beyond Beauty Mashpee

Well I guess I need to find a new hair salon…. Show up for my 11:30 appointment that I booked over a month ago with my stylist who is typically booked solid, to find out she is out due to an emergency. (Understandable, things happen!!!!) Yet, No call, no text, no email. Leaving for vacation in less than a week and didn’t even offer me another time and date to ensure I was able to have my hair done before I leave. Zero acknowledgment, and absolutely no empathy. Disappointing to say the least. As a small biz owner I know I would do better than this.

Love my stylist Brooklyn, she has been taking care of me for over a yr now and I love everything she does.

If I could give this place more stars I would. Everyone has their experiences, here’s mine. I colored my own hair using a box color, did not go well because I have really dark roots and left it on for to long and became orange. I took a chance by faith and found myself making an appointment at this location with JESSICA JOYCE. Let me just say how gentle and kind she was. If only the world had her glow and good energy the world would be a better place. the salon itself it’s extremely tidy organized and clean. The receptionist Jonathan was very professional and respectful and kind. I really have no negative comments to say. It was pure bliss and much needed relaxation day for me. Highly recommend Brooklyn at Beyond Beauty in Mashpee. I recently had my first Ouidad curly cut and absolutely love it! Brooklyn was not only kind but very knowledgeable & great at what she does.

Jackie at Beyond Besuty is awesome. She gave me the best cut and blow dry ever. She was engaging, vivacious and lots of fun. She is a talented stylist who is fantastic at what she does.
