Beverly Nails

Please do not waste your time and money on this poor excuse of a nail salon. My mother and I had a monstrous experience. There was a gentleman named "Lou" and he was being extremely rude to my 58 year old mother, she asked him to add more nail polish to her nails & even said she would pay extra for it.. he scuffs, and said "OH NO, I'm finished;I'm done." didn't even care about my mother, just wanting to move on to the next client to earn more money for his crap-ass job. Another employee, a lady who was is fairly thick wasn't so kind either. I simply asked her how much was a full set and offensively said, "OH- I don't do full set." I was expecting her to do my nails, I just wanted to know the price. As for my nails, they're ruined. There is a lot of discoloration & it's barely been a week

The older gentleman did a great job on my daughter’s nails and the price was reasonable. However when we came in no one acknowledged us for about a good 5 min I would’ve left but my baby needed her nails done for her birthday and it was already 5pm. I will go back that was my only issue hopefully won’t happen again.

I walked in a little late, and they still took us and did a wonderful job. My nails are well done, and I had a pleasant experience.

I went specifically for removal of my acrylic nails. They sat me down tried pick them off and then said they could not remove them because it would hurt to much so they just clipped them and filled them instead. Of course it was going to hurt they were trying to rip them off, they never even soaked my fingers.

Horrible communication & customer service. I went in and they told me it’ll be a 40 minute wait i said I’d come back. First I asked for an appointment and they wouldn’t give it to me. But said it was fine to come back. I returned in 30 minutes and the nails ladies looked at each other and look at me and say ooo she came back. Then proceeded to tell me she didnt know someone getting a pedi was also getting a full set. She gave me a run around and I just asked her what r u telling me can u take me & she said no. Mind you there was 5 workers in there. Waste of an hour of my time. They don’t even deserve one star.
