Betty’s Day Spa is one of the best waxing experiences I’ve ever had. The spa is spotless and cozy, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Betty herself is amazing, she’s professional, friendly, and really knows her craft.

Betty is so kind and has excellent customer service. The waiting area and waxing area are clean and well air conditioned - such a welcome relief in the summer heat! Betty does amazing wax jobs and pays attention to the tiniest details. She was able to help one of my eyebrows grow more shape to match the other - something a wax technician has never tried to do before! I have sensitive skin so I was a bit nervous going in but Betty explained the types of waxes she uses and made sure my skin didn't have any reactions to them. She does a great job at making you feel comfortable during waxings and explains every step of the process. Been coming to Betty for 6 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else to get waxed. She is the best of the best at what she does. She makes waxing as pain-free as it can possibly get and does an impeccable job at leaving me spotless. She’s amazing and I will forever recommend her to everyone. I even have a friend who drives over an hour from Miami to come get waxed from her too. Seriously !! This is the place to go if you want to feel comfortable and get amazing service. Do yourself a favor and make this your permanent place to get waxed, you won’t regret it. I hope Betty’s Day Spa will be here forever because I don’t know what I would do without her. 11/10!!!!

She knows me since I was young, I was so scared about going to the beach because of my hairs, she helped me a lot, she is a great person and incredible professional, I recommend her 100%!
