I got my toes done here in December, I got a French design so I was able to see my nail bed, and after a couple days my left big toe had settled into 3 different colors. At first I thought it was the top coat maybe drying wrong but my right toe was fine so when I went to take my polish off maybe 2 weeks later to see wtf was wrong with my big toe, turns out the toe nail is peeling off from my cuticle on top of being discolored. I haven’t had time to go back into this shop to ask for a refund and I really don’t wanna be more stressed than I am now bc I can’t get my toes done for Valentine’s Day but I have pictures of my feet before my appointment at Betty’s, I have pics of the pedicure right after to show my toes were not discolored or breaking off from the nail bed before I came here🥲 Also

I have been getting my nails done by Betsy for about 10 years. So long I don't even remember. The whole experience is always top-notch. I always look forward to our conversations about everything. Betsy understands the assignment every single time, and she goes above and beyond to slay my nails. Always receive so many compliments. The whole family is amazing, Mom, the sisters, brother, Aunty, Krystal that slays my pedicure everytime ❤️

Crystal is the best! She literally dug in and I didn't have to tell her anything.. so update. I have been coming here sporadically within the last 2 years because I moved like 30-45 min away. I have tried other salons but I always end up back here. Crystal and Auntie are the truth on feet and Crystal does my nails how I like. The design tech is flawless in her art. Betty's is my go to. Just come early or later in the evening when it starts thinning out.

My nails look huge and too curvy And my thumb are longer than the other. They not good depends who you go to !!! Messy and when I asked to clean it they still missed a few spots
