Honestly so upset with the service I received here at Bettie’s with Shelly, she was doing a promotion for $100 all over color and I took her up on it, asked her if she could do full blonde, she told me yes. I got there an she said she could a balayage with blonde, this is what I got.. when I was there she had told me she couldn’t get some of it to lift, she got the ends perfect, but then I get to my grandmas and she said “Audrey your hair is pink & copper in the back no blonde”. Me thinking no way she told me she couldn’t get it all blonde but it came out blonde and pinkish but if you look at the pictures to me I see no blonde in the back, yes it is my fault for not double checking before I left & paid her! But she could have did way better, then when I brought it up to her ab not realizin

I love Bettie’s!! Nicki has always done an amazing job on mine and my kids hair!! She’s fantastic with my autistic son as well. I have had my hair colored and cut there many times.

I can’t say enough good things about Betties Hair Salon!! I came in for just a quick trim after bad experiences with all the other salons in the area. Nichole is a true professional - friendly, attentive, and so talented. I won't go anywhere else.

I can’t say more about the quality of service and expertise at this salon. My stylist Nikki is incredibly helpful when I’m not sure what I products I need, and they really last a long time. 10/10 would recommend!

I have had my hair cut by Nicole for years. You won’t find very many better stylists. Has a broad background of experience, and great suggestions if you’re not sure what you want.
