Better Bodywork

Kate always does a great job! She reads the body and helps you work through any tension towards healing. I have never met a massage therapist so caring and wonderful at her job! She remembers previous sessions and checks in with any new issues. She has the most contagious smile and always in a great mood. As long as she is in the Valley, she’ll have me as a customer.

Kate is very professional and yet very welcoming! She knows her stuff and has done amazing work on me and my husband. Through pregnancy she has continued to help my body adjust to not only the needs of carrying and delivering a healthy baby but helping me continue to stay active before and through pregnancy. I have seen many body work professionals through several states and Kate ranks in the top. I am so grateful to have such a great service in our home town. I highly recommend to anyone needing body work done.

The breathwork event was truly transformative…exactly what I needed with everything I’ve been going through lately. Sabrina was an incredible facilitator, creating a safe and supportive space for everyone to process their own experiences. I’m deeply grateful to have been part of it and especially thankful to Kate for making it possible. It was a life-changing experience, and I’m already looking forward to more in the future!
