Better Barbers

No over priced, tiktok lighting, let me spend 30 minutes on this small section on the back of your head for 15 minutes frills. Just a classic barber shop with clean clippers and casual conversations. Thanks for such a clean and efficient cut, Marlene! In and out of the chair within 20 minutes. I didn't have to over explain what I was looking for and she nailed it for my first visit! Glad to find a spot with someone that can buy me back my time and doesn't burn a hole in my wallet. $25 dollars before tip, CASH ONLY.

I have been going to Better Barbers for over 45 years and I would ride my skateboard down Macy Street to get there. This was all the way back to when it was called Better Haircuts and only $2.75 for a haircut. This place is a childhood memory for me and I will always be faithful to it. The hairstylists keep a good conversation and have always been good at what that do and I've never been dissatisfied with my haircut. Sunday's can become busy so expect to wait a bit for a cut unless you are there early.

I came in VERY last minute on a Monday and was extremely pleased with my experience. I called ahead, about 15 minutes before closing, to see if I would have time to rush over there and get a quick cut since my usual barber fell through. I was greeted by Tammy who was there and waited for me to arrive. I sat in the chair about 5-10 minutes before closing. Even though it was late and she should have been off, Tammy took her time and gave me a great cut! I am very thankful she squeezed me in and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Tammy!
