Gabriela is truly spectacular! I used to have a membership with Massage Envy, but I never got the level of deep tissue that I needed. I stumbled across Bethel Integrative Massage by researching places nearby, and I am so glad that I made the switch. With my bodybuilding style of training, these massages are essential for my recovery. Prior to the appointment, Gabriela asks if you have any trouble areas, and pays special attention to those areas during the massage. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and evens helps guide you through proper breathing. Every time I leave the building, I feel so much better. If you have the privilege to schedule with her, make sure you book your appointments in advance! You won’t regret it!

Gabriela is an amazing massage therapist. She is very gifted and is extremely knowledgeable about musculature. She often knows right away which muscles need attention. I started seeing Gabriela to address elbow pain and her treatment was very effective. I continued to see her and she subsequently she worked out some shoulder pain as well. Now I have been seeing Gabriela for over six months. She has helped me prevent further injuries and my posture has improved following her advice. Gabriela is highly recommended and you will definitely feel better after seeing her!

I had such an amazing experience with Gabriela. I asked for a massage that achieved both recovery and relaxation and she did just that! I definitely could tell that she personalized my massage to my individual wants and needs. I had also never tried cupping before so she was very communicative the whole way through to make sure I liked it and was comfortable. Left feeling so relaxed. Gabriela is incredible. Both my husband and I have been several times and plan to make it even more regular. I exercise a lot and both my husband and I have computer jobs that mean we occasionally (always) have some back issues. Gabriela always opens things up and makes everything feel so much better!
