I got medium knotless braids from this salon two weeks ago (even though I asked for small) and they look horrendous. I paid $250 for everything, which included the service, braiding hair, and a tip. But a few days after getting them done, I noticed that my real hair was poking through almost every single one of my braids and also that a lot of the braids, especially in the back, were extremely loose. Later that night, I went to a dance rehearsal and one of my braids fell out! I can't even begin to explain how furious I was. I went back to the salon the next day to have them rebraid the one braid that had fallen out and still, it was done poorly. Not only were my braids of a terrible quality, but the atmosphere itself was highly unprofessional and full of rude people. I have attached pictur

If I could leave -50 stars I would a that’s being generous. They demand you pay before they do it and whether people steal/walk out or not I find that so unprofessional. The lady that did my hair had just finished eating then did my hair without washing her hands. They used dirty comb on my head, they were very rude Ian’s money hungry. The style came out horrible. If you know braids you know, if not this review isn’t for you! Anyways the braids were thicker than me and they stank! Ouuuu they stunk like food and fish. The parts were so uneven and not clean! I came back the next day and offered to pay more to have it done a different more simple style. The owner said she didn’t want to do my hair. As I was buying a pair of scissors which were used she treated me as if I would steal or hurt

I came here to get my hair done a simple weave with leave out. When I arrived the women who was at the front had a "what are you doing here attitude". I said I had an appointment and she asked if I had hair I said I was being it from the store. Which seemed to annoy her. I stood and waited for 29 minutes she waved me over and I bought the hair. I was made to pay ahead of time which at the time seemed fine. I sat to get my hair braided right in the store. There was no wash before which I anticipated so I had washed and brushed out at home. The women who braided my hair took about 40 minutes. I assumed she would then begin sewing in tracks, she did not. I sat and waited about an hour for the first women to sew in my tracks. absolute beautiful job!! My first time going in was today and i had an amazing experience! i’m definitely going back!

If I can give a negative star review, I would. Will never ever come here again. Over priced and they don’t even do your hair good. 6 braids with a simple part no design for $60?? I just got my hair done and it looks like it’s been weeks I had it in. I have a headache from the braiders pulling every hair out my head. They pull your hair with no care in the world. I’ve been getting my hair braided for 6+ years and I’ve never had an experience as bad as this. Do not come here
