Besties beauty bar braiding

I was recommended to this braid salon by my friend. Yasmen was quick to respond and booked my appointment immediately. On arrival, Aida was warm and welcoming and got started on my hair. She did AMAZINGLY!!!! By far my favorite set of braids thus far. Small knotless, waist-length in 1B!!!! I will be returning to get them down and to get them back up a week later! Yasmen, thanks for accommodating me on short notice and Aida, thank you girl for these beautiful braids. -KJ

My first visit here was 2/27/25 and I got the small knot less braids. The whole process was seamless as I was able to quickly get an appointment after finding them by searching Google, going to their website and requesting an appointment. Yacine reached out to me immediately and set me up for the next day. The ladies here are fantastic and they are friendly and fast ! I have been receiving nonstop compliments and have been recommending this shop to everyone who asks. The braids are very neat and not tight nor was a lot of unnecessary hair used. My scalp is still moisturized and not irritated or stressed. I will be returning as this is now my favorite and only shop to get braids.

I was really looking forward to trying this salon based on all the great reviews, and I booked my appointment weeks in advance. Unfortunately, when I reached out the day before to confirm, I was told they could no longer do my hair due to a celebration. I wish I had been notified of this change earlier as it would have allowed me to make other arrangements without the last minute stress. Many people get braids for important events, so timely communication is essential. To be fair, the stylist was kind and responsive whenever I reached out, and my review is only reflective of the poor communication regarding the cancellation.
