Bestie Nail Spa

The lady who was doing my pedi seemed to be very in rush. My pedicure was about 15min and the she quickly applied polished which wasn’t great, see pics attached. I asked for a regular pedicure and was not interested in the upgrade, and that seemed to discourage the lady to dongle pedicure at all. This was my second visit and I was quite disappointed.

One star cause the salon is clean. I’ve been to this salon many times before and always enjoyed their manicure/pedicures, but this visit was very disappointing. It was my first pedicure in a year after having my baby, and I was only offered options priced $50–$105. When I said I didn’t want to upgrade, the technician was visibly annoyed. I explained I She rushed through the entire service. The pedicure lasted 15 minutes. For the $30 and attitude, it didn’t feel welcoming or relaxing. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back for pedicures.

Absolutely GORGEOUS it’s my first time here and I wasn’t so sure but they have everything you can imagine no other nail salon has been able to satisfy me as much. The costumer care is amazing so is the place it’s super clean and pretty, definitely recommend. Ask for Kandi if you want the perfect set of acrylic or tip nails.

I will give no stars if it will be possible. I had been here before, during the summer for gel manicures and regular pedicures. They did a good job then, that’s why I went back on March 26th to get my nails done before a weeding. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure done at the same time. The technician that did my gel pedicure did a good job. The problem I had was with the gel manicure technician, she used only the drill to remove my previous gel which it was odd to me. It seemed a lil harsh for the nails. When I went back home the gel in my hands start getting bubbles in almost all of them. I went back the next day to get them fix, the front desk person made the same technician work on them. The technician use only the drill to remove all the gel again and it was so much pressure that

Horrible job. I came in for a dip fill and Cece began cutting off all of my natural nails. Then she told me you can’t do fills for dip nails when I intervined. I was hesitant as this wouldve been my second time getting dip but then agreed. I looked it up right after and you can indeed get a dip fill. I told her I typically get gel X and she decided to do that without consulting with me. She didn’t do the whole gel X procedure which is many layers and a lot of curing of the gel making the nail very hard. I was skeptical but they came out great and I was happy with the result. Only three days later, one nail popped off because of how thin and brittle the nails were and now all of the gel is chipping off. Additionally, when I was putting the tip on my credit card, I clicked 18% which I though
