Best Nails

I had a very bad experience. I had a very rude nail stylist from the beginning, Jao with the lip piercing, who rushed through the work. I gave her an idea of what I wanted and when I didn't like it, I nicely told her I didn't and genuinely apologized before she continued and before the gel set. When I did, however, she had the worst attitude to the point where I didn't even feel comfortable to correct her on the color I actually wanted, which was sage green French not white (my fault, but I just wanted to get the nails over with and leave). The nails turned out sloppy, have remnants of the drilled off dust in the set gel, and already chipping at the sides. Then when paying was charged twice. Luckily they were able to refund the second charge but I had to catch it when I was already on my w

While most salons are typically busy on a Saturday afternoon, this one was nearly empty—which, in hindsight, made sense. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I came in simply to have a nail fixed that had been done just two days prior. I wasn’t expecting it to be free—I was more than willing to pay—but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Unfortunately, the quality of work was equally poor. It was so substandard, I genuinely believe my child could have done a better job. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nail broke after one week. I’m so upset because I have a wedding to go to and I don’t have the time to fix it now. I just wish I could get a refund or a free fill. Cuticles were also not properly cleaned. I’m very frustrated and probably won’t come again :(

Horrible customer service. I can in and politely asked how long it would be for a standard manicure, no acrylics, no gel, no polish. They said 10 minutes and I waited. It was not busy and they seated me toward the back to wait for my tech. I wound up waiting 45 minutes only to discover two people that came in after me were already getting their nails done. Obviously I was not important to them so I walked out. I would not recommend this place. My review is similar to others but it’s my fault for not checking first.

Went on a Thursday late afternoon approximately 4:15pm. Left around 5:40pm. Service: Fill and Gel Polish Charge: $35 Tipped: Yes The greeter was polite. No wait time, it was empty. Sat at table 10. Nail tech did not introduce himself but he did ask me about the weather. Wasn’t provided a place to hang my coat so I kept it on. Quality of work was not good. Nail tech had a used towel on table, I showed him pieces of residue from previous work done on the towel, he shook it out and placed towel back on table. Unsanitary, a new towel should be used or the plain surface sanitized is sufficient. I had to show tech I still had polish on from previous set on my nails before he went to the next step.
