Best Nails

Felt rushed and the manicure was horrible. They never soaked my hands and actually did a manicure. There were not trimming of cuticles no hang nails were trimmed. Nothing of that sort of kind of manicure was done. It was rushed. It was very painful. I had Tips put on because I had no long nails and they were very rough filing the tips after they were put on they didn’t get the polish all the way down to the edges of my cuticles that were areas that look like that the nails were already grown out and I was supposed to go back after I got back from vacation to have them redo them and I will not go back. I will find someplace to go. I will get these tips removed, and I will never have my nails done ever again. I clearly stated when I called and made the appointment I wanted a manicure and

This was my first visit to Best Nails, and it’s safe to say I’ve found my salon! My nail tach , Sonny, did an incredible job on my ombré pink and white nails. Absolutely flawless, when I was so nervous about how they’d turn out. He’s detail-oriented, kind, and makes you feel valued. Tip: book an appointment! Their schedule fills quickly and walk-ins aren’t guaranteed. I was lucky Sonny had a 1pm slot. The prices are incredibly reasonable. I won’t be going anywhere else!

I got a fill and polish change from here the other day. I’m not one to usually complain , and I’ve gotten my nails done here before that I didn’t mind, but this time they look awful. I had an older gentleman doing my nails and it seemed like he was falling asleep while doing them. The tools looked dusty as well, like they weren’t sanitized between uses. The acrylic is all over my nails, sloppy and uneven. The chrome and polish is already coming off, and actually looked like that a few hours after the appointment, which I haven’t had happen to me before. Overall I’m very unhappy, and I always tip well. I would not recommend going here , I think there are better places in Springfield.

I walked into best nails.Yes, I was greeted.Yes, they have a wonderful talkative personalities.But when it comes to the end, when you have to pay, it is a markup secretive.Ask for a detailed itemized list and you'll see what you're paying for which is ridiculous.I will not return

My nail technician was Selena, she was amazing! She was kind, funny, outgoing, professional, clean and so accommodating! I definitely have found my new favorite place to get my nails done and it’s even close to home! I called around 11:50AM on 10/26/2021 to see if they had any appointments for today. And they did! They got me right in at 12:15PM. I unfortunately had to bring my one year old with me (kept him occupied in the stroller) and the staff, especially my nail technician Selena, was so amazing and sweet! I came to get gel polish on my natural nails that I am growing out and I am SO happy! I love them. I can not wait to be back in. If you’re looking for somewhere to get your nails done, you’ve absolutely found the BEST place!! Edited to add: I had an appointment with Lena on 11/8/21
