BEST NAILS SPA (Cattlemen)

I’ve been a regular at Best Nail Salon for a while and have never had any issues—until my appointment yesterday afternoon. This time, my natural nails were filed too far in on the sides. One of them even started to bleed during the filing process. The technician did apologize, which I appreciated. She asked if I liked the shape, and while I said yes at the time, I didn’t notice how far in the sides had been filed until I got to my car and saw them from a different angle. While I do like the overall shape, I’m concerned about how aggressive the filing was, especially since it broke the skin. This could increase the risk of infection, and I wanted to share my experience so the salon is aware and hopefully can prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Best Nails Spa is such a wonderful place to relax and pamper yourself. The salon is spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff are professional and highly skilled, paying great attention to detail and ensuring every service is done perfectly. It’s the kind of place where you feel truly taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-quality nail experience!

Love this place! Went nail salon hopping around middle of last year. Stopped at Best Nail on a Sunday for color change from another place I tried out the Saturday before and liked Best Nail’s salon. Nice and open. Decided to come back two weeks later for a a fill. Haven’t stopped. Today Loan gave me my perfect micro French!

I’ve been going to Tina for my nails, and she never disappoints! Every time I leave, my nails are beautifully done, and she always takes the time to make sure they’re perfect. Not only is her work amazing, but she also offers a wonderful head massage for stress relief that is incredibly relaxing. I always feel so refreshed after my appointments.
