Best Nails of Mesa LLC

Lee provided a requested Dip nail service. He uses the metal drill bit and burns my nail bed. I ask him to stop. He doesn’t. He rushes thru the service with the end result being uneven nails, bumps and now this... The Dip nail is supposed to be the best non-crack, no chip, no peel nail process. Not true at Best nails!! I had to return to this shop 2 days later to fix chipped color on nails. Now it is 4 days later and both my thumb nails are peeling!! I honestly do not believe some employees do not have licenses to practice. Very shoddy work. Not worth the $50 I paid! I do not recommend this nail salon. This salon needs to train its workers with proper schooling!! Terrible work was done on my nails.

Three mani/pedias so far, Quinn twice Ana in between All the staff are kind attentive. Quinn suggested gel for my dry easier damaged nails ( I asked for ideas after explaining my ongoing issues). It has really helped. I have tried 2 other salons, was not happy. It is an expense I now do for self care. Relaxing, soothing, I'm worth it. I recommend them

Went in for a pedi & a French tip acrylic set here for the first time because my regular spot was booked out for the day. Ladies were friendly & welcoming but “nail techs” who don’t know how to do a basic French tip acrylic set have no business running such business. Not sure what she did to my fingernails but they Felt bruised immediately after the service. My set acrylic set was rushed & so sloppy, i really just wanted to get the service over with so I can write this review. Ladies please do not spend your hard earned money where they obviously won’t even come close to fulfilling a DECENT job. After spending $110 for a rushed a mediocre service I still tipped $5 because the conversation was decent but seriously guys DO BETTER!!! Thank god for 8002 nails 5846 E McKellips Rd Unit 103 Mesa

Not sure what kind of manicure that was that I received but it was probably the worst one I’ve had in years. Lady was polite but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was, I asked for my gel nail polish to be removed so why do I still have some on my nails? Everything was so rushed she didn’t even clean under my nails or ask if I wanted a hand massage at the end. The manicure was 10 minutes long! Shouldn’t have tipped but did anyway. Never going back though.

I’ve been going here for years, and always have a great experience! The staff is always so sweet and kind, and the prices are very affordable. I have a themed party coming up this weekend, and they delivered with this beautiful set which is normally opposite of what I would get. Going out of your comfort zone is always a little scary, but they did a great job and I love my nails. Thank you BestNails!!
