Probably the worse manicure I’ve ever gotten! But the lady who did my toes was soo nice and they turned out good but the lady doing my finger nails….. I would rather you tell me you can’t do the design than do whatever the hell this is. Pains me to leave this review because it was so nice in there and I liked the drinks that they offer you, cool experience. First time customer and will probably never go back. Maybe read the reviews and schedule an appointment with one of the techs that has the most recommendations because doing a walk-in did not work out for me.

Please review your receipt carefully before paying at Best Nails. This salon appears to add additional fees that may not be explained during the service. This was my first time going to Best Nails. I came in for a basic full set with gel polish in a coffin shape. My technician’s name was Adam. During the service, Adam told me they didn’t have any stiletto tips left and would have to order more, so he used regular tips and clipped the sides to shape them into a coffin style. When he first applied the tips, he asked me, “You want them long?” I told him no, I do not like long nails. He then used the nail clipper to show me different lengths, positioning the clipper and asking if that length was okay. This is hands-down, my favorite nail salon in the Fort Worth area. I have never waited more than five minutes to get serviced. They are very professional. They always make sure you have refreshments and I love my nails every single time as I nail tech myself. I love it here!!!

I had a wonderful first time experience with Hannah! She conversed with me, she was kind, and she did a perfect job on my nails. They were more expensive than I expected for a fill but I paid 70 dollars minus tip. As I was checking out, I assume it was the manager but he gave me a box and said "Merry Christmas!" I get to my car and see a lovely surprise! I had a great experience and I will be back!
