Best Nail

I've been a regular customer for a few years. I think they do a good job with pedicures and hard gel manicures. I am very picky when it comes to nails, but I am leaving this place happy each time I visit. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly.

I have given this place a few tries. They are on the pricey side but the space is clean, and the staff is friendly and it is easy to get an appointment. The reason I am giving a 3 star review is that each time I have gone my almost 40 dollar gel manicure chips within the first week. I'm sure they would fix it if I went back but this problem shouldn't be happening in the first place. I will now start to look for a new nail place. Side note: They occasionally have a gentleman that offers back rubs for an extra charge and he is fantastic!

Tools aren’t cleaned or sanitized properly. I got infections and had problems on a few of my fingers.

Has really gone down since I started coming here in ‘22. As I write this it is 3:22 pm and I was promised a 3:15 pm appt for a pedicure. As I still wait, a man walked in with no appointment (he said as much) and it currently getting a pedicure done. This will be my last time coming here. The previous time, the women were incredibly cold and when I pulled out my loyalty card acted surprised and that’s when they tried to be nice but it was too late. Manicures and pedicures are phenomenal. Service is wonderful. The staff is kind and courteous. I switched from a salon that I had been going to for 5 years to Best Nails.
