Best massage (Daniel Sheets)

I recently had my first athletic-focused massage and it was amazing! Daniel released so much tension around my head shoulders and neck, especially around the base of the skull. He displays a natural awareness of acupoints that made the work feel both precise and deeply restorative, and he also didnt chastise my need to mindfully stretch and move throughout a session. I walked out lighter, clearer, and ready to move again. Highly recommend, especially if youre looking for a healing instead of relaxation massage!
