I visited this salon with my mom for powder nails and a gel pedicure. While the staff were polite, our overall experience was disappointing. My mom’s nails were finished almost an hour before mine, even though I started just 10 minutes after her—so the timing felt very unbalanced. More importantly, the quality of the work wasn’t great. My mom’s powder nails started coming off just five days after application, which is extremely unusual. This has never happened before with powder nails we've done elsewhere. Mine didn’t even last two weeks, which is also disappointing for the price we paid. Overall, the service felt overpriced for the quality provided. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

I had the best experience here! I went here on a whim, hoping to get off a horrible gel manicure that ruined and broke my natural nails. They were so mindful of that, and they did my nails with the utmost care. I wish I remembered my tech’s name because she was the best! She suggested I get dip (which I don’t usually get) and I asked if she could do a design last minute. I felt so bad because they were going to close soon but she still took her time and was so patient with me when I was picking my colors. Everyone here is so sweet and helpful, they make sure you’re happy and comfortable. It’s a little bit pricier than I’m used to paying but I paid for quality nail care and I absolutely love my nails! I can’t wait to go back :) Thank you, Kozy Nails!

Amazing service came in and they busy but still took be i had a pedicure and they were gentle and very relaxing i found them on the map and they lived up to their reviews i highly recommend

I’ve been going here for weeks and they never disappoint! I come in with a different design and they always perfectly execute it. The workers are so nice and good to have a conversation with. It is always so easy to make appointments and you are greeted by the workers as soon as you walk in.
