I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for today at 930 for a haircut and a blow out. I have a wedding to attend later today. When I walk in I wasn’t greeted by anyone so I waited and then a man approached and I said I was here for 930 appointment haircut and blow out. He said I only asked for a haircut over the phone never said blowout. I most definitely did say blowout and a haircut. I said I have a wedding to go to and he said okay go get washed. I came with a washed wet head to try and speed things up a bit so I let him know. Then as I’m walking over to the chair he said my hair was too much and he couldn’t do it. I do have longer hair but it’s not extremely long. I think it’s terrible to accept an appointment that you’re not a capable of handling. There was 4 other people
