Best Foot Spa Massage

I’d give jenny more than 5 stars if i could. She is the best of the best!! I had an amazing experience at this spa! From the calming atmosphere to the friendly, professional staff, everything was perfect. The massage was tailored to my needs, with just the right pressure, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind and recharge — I’ll definitely be back!

Jenny is the best massage therapist I’ve had so far. I’ve tried several massage places around University Place and the Tacoma area, but none compared until tonight. When you go to Best Foot Massage, always look for Jenny. You will never regret it. She truly goes the extra mile to help you feel better and relieve all the soreness in your body.

Firstly on their punch cards it says you get 30 dollars off of your 10th visit. When I went for my 10th visit, the staff tried to tell me that I could not use the voucher and I had to use it for my next visit, which would've been my 11th. When I tried to explain that that was not what the voucher said and that the language on the voucher was inconsistent with the policy they were enforcing, the staff (3 people at the time) began arguing with each other in a language other than English. I tried to speak, but they kept speaking over me to each other. I felt the behavior was very rude and unprofessional and it made me rather uncomfortable. Absolutely loved my experience! Jenny was incredible—so skilled and attentive, she made the massage feel perfectly personalized. The whole place is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to come back!
