Best Cuts

Stopped in to get a quick cut and lady seemed to have a bad energy from start. I tried to make small talk and she rambled on about rent and having to raise prices and asked me where I got my hair cut before as I answered she said they did a horrible job . I said nothing after that but she continued on about she has to pay rent there and asked me if it looks busy to me. I am in no means trying to engage as she was clearly venting about something but ended the cut with next time go somewhere else… no problem

I took my Grandson into this place for a trim. We explained what we wanted, and in the middle of my sentence, the lady said, "Sit down." I paused, and then said, "Please." and smiled. She then proceeded to cut his hair how SHE wanted it, pinched his ear with the clippers and barked at him to "Sit still!" She then stripped the paper off from around his neck, and took the wrap off of him. She did not even brush the hair off of his face. She said "Twenty dollars!". I asked my grandson if he was ok, and he nodded yes. I did not see any blood on his ear, so we paid and then left. We will NOT be back, and I strongly reccommend that anyone should avoid this place. I believe that there is another establishment by Save Mart, that is owned by the same people. That salon is staffed by frie

I love this place! Vicki does a wonderful job cutting my hair. I take in pictures so she will understand what I want & she does it just right. I am from the days when you “frosted” your hair using a “Frosting Cap”. She did that for me & I loved it! I also like the fact that I can walk in without an appointment, I’m very impatient waiting for days or weeks to get an appointment at my other favorite shop. The prices are great, too!

The hairdresser seems to be doing fine with men's haircuts. She is quick .. one after the other. However, for women that want color - highlights - haircuts I wouldn't recommend this place. My hair was cut too short after me saying 4 times to not cut the front. She cut it anyway. The highlights were orange and not blonde. I went back and asked the hairdresser to fix it, but she got offended and started yelling at me. She tried fixing it and put in new highlights .. that were not blonde either. I think there is a big language barrier if you want to communicate with her. Her English is poor and I couldn't tell what she was saying. Needless to say, I won't go back there. Other than that, the place is dirty, shabby and uninviting.

I had an appointment at a different hair salon. The day of they cancelled so I was shopping and found this place. She did exactly as I wanted and was very nice! Plus she charged only $20. The other place that had canceled was going to charge me $50. I will definitely be coming back here!
