Best Cuts

There's a very lazy and questionable at best, hair stylist working there. She wears alot of makeup and clearly invests alot into her nails. Slim and typically wears sweatpants and sweatshirt that pair together. Fairly young. I've gotten a haircut from her twice, with absolutely zero effort or any detail to attention. All I ask for every time is skin on sides and back. Thin out the top. Within 3 minutes she cuts it with a very half baked attitude and asks me, "is that it?". Well, you tell me. Hairs all over my face. Didn't bother showing me the back with a rear view mirror. Didn't provide basic questions like if I wanted gel, shampoo, or hot towel. Didn't bother removing the hair behind neck or around the sides of my face. Lets not even mention when I looked at her after i scratch my sc

I had some nice cuts and pleasant experiences here in past. Today I had a different person cut me hair. It was a younger female with too much red make up. Didn’t bother to say one word in English to me. She made it quite clear she had no interest in listening to my instructions or even Communicating with me. No lie…5 minutes to cut my hair. I will. NEVER go back

After nearly three years I think it is time to refresh my review to keep it current. I have had many great experiences with hair cuts and pedicures with whoever provides services to me. Wait times are short and the staff are competent. I noticed that a couple of negative reviewers commented on the staff speaking their native language when talking with each other. How is that bad? Why be so shallow as to deny someone their culture? Not everything is about you, dude! Anyway... clean salon, talented staff, great facilities, and if you're lucky you just might learn a few words of another language. What's not to like? Five stars are not enough. Always had a great experience here except for today. Gal on the end with the Grey face mask did not listen to my requests at all. Asked her to.leave a portion long and it gets cut off. Asked me if I wanted her to trim my side burns and I said no. I can do it at home.... so she cut them off. Not sure if it was a bad day for her but it's one of the worst hair cuts I've ever had.
